Short term monthly rental includes all utilities, cable, phone & wireless internet access. Private entrance, off street parking, full kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, beautiful electric fireplace in queen Murphy bed-sit room with flat screen TV, private covered patio, BBQ. Interior and entrance are senior and handicap accessible. Complimentary pick up from airport or ferry. Public transit to University and Downtown seconds away. Pet may be considered.
