Location: Troncones, Guerrero, Mexican Riviera, Mexico (45 min.from Zihuatanejo airport, 35 from Zihua, 20 to Ixtapa) Accommodations: Villa & 2 Bungalows, 5 Bedrooms 5 Baths, Sleeps 10-18(The Main House, 3 Bedrooms 3 Baths Each Bungalow, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath) WE ARE CONTINUING TO OFFER VERY SPECIAL RATES THIS SEASON (2010-11) DUE TO THE RECENT RECESSION AND THE "GRAND OPENING" OF OUR BRAND NEW HOUSE IN DECEMBER 2008! YOU CAN RENT ONE OR BOTH TWIN BUNGALOWS, THE HOUSE, OR ALL THREE. The beach is just steps away and the most awesome pool in Troncones even closer. The Three Bedroom House The house has 3 BR and 3 BA, two stories, with palapa roof on one half and Spanish tile on the other; it is even closer to the beach and right next to the pool. The house has full, spectacular and UP CLOSE ocean views from two bedrooms (one of them being the master bedroom). Enjoy ocean and garden views as you ascend the winding, outside staircase to access the palapa room, it's round table and comfortable sofa, and the adjoining two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one the master br/ba). The Two Bungalows Each of the twin palapa-roofed bungalows has its own shower/sink/toilet, private porch with hammock, and room for extra sleeping accommodation; both are steps away from the pool. Gorgeous, large folding doors slide open to ocean view and/or gardens. The bungalows share an outdoor and shaded or partially shaded kitchen and dining area; one has substantial ocean view, the other some, and they have some privacy away from the house.

Beds -King Bed: In the master bedroom in the house, second floor ocean view balcony, etc. -Queen Bed (3) : One in the house, one in each bungalow -Double Bed: Called "matrimonial" in Mexico, in one of bedrooms of the house, with a single as well. -Twin/Single Bed: In the house bedroom with the matrimonial bed -Child Bed (4) : We have four 5 foot long cots -Convertible Bed: Three (3) large sofas can be utilized for sleeping Entertainment -CD Player -Private Pool: It is private for guests of Casa Luciernaga only; you may be sharing with people in other units, there being twin bungalows and three bedroom three bath house -Shared Pool: The pool has a maximum 8' depth and is 7 meters in diameter (23 feet), with very large wet deck in app. 2-3 inches of water, plus 50 foot lap section more than six feet wide, which slopes up to shallow end and steps Kitchen -Full Kitchen: House- lots of counter and pantry space, large fridge, four burner stove, magnificent ocean and pool view from the kitchen/dining area/living room; Bungalows- stove, refrigerator, cabinets, counter space -Shared Kitchen: bungalow units may share kitchen if both rented to separate parties -Cooking Utensils Provided -Refrigerator (3) : Bungalows have one shared medium sized fridge, a shared small sized fridge and a cooler for beer and soft drinks; the house has a large fridge -Ice Maker -Catering Available: Our caretakers can make meals at your request and for a fee you work out with them, most recently it was 100 pesos per adult plus the cost of the food, no charge for children Outdoor Features -Charcoal BBQ Grill: See above, just built March 2010, outside, shaded/covered with ocean view and breezes, and near kitchen. -Balcony: Master bedroom of the house has oceanfront, upstairs balcony, see the picture in photos -Lanai: Underneath the large palapa roof section of the house upstairs, there is a seating and relaxing area with round table and sofas for dining, having a drink, watching the sunset or pool View/Location -Beachfront: The house has full ocean view and is right on the beach; the bungalows are just behind it and have different degrees of ocean/beach view -Beach View: See above and below -Oceanfront -Ocean View: See above, one bungalow has the house in front but still has some ocean/beach view, and a view right through the middle part of the house to the beach/ocean; the other bungalow has a very large ocean/beach view, with the house in front but offset, to the left -Mountain View: Right behind the property and the road is a large vertical precipice, quite tropical and green the vast majority of the year, especially after the summer and fall rains Communications -Telephone: Our caretakers have a landline for emergency use/calls, but only emergencies -Broadband Internet: normally have wifi and or land line Internet, work on maintaining it but it's a constant job, are working on getting more powerful modem, etc. -WiFi (Wireless Internet): We have free wifi area located on the property; we do everything we can to maintain it but occasionally it goes down; see broadband above Other Amenities -Our on-site caretakers Orbe and Marisela (and their young daughter Angeles) can prepare meals for a fee, inquire at our email address or call 415 602-4320 Suitability -Pet Friendly: We love and welcome pets, however: No dangerous or aggressive animals, poisonous animals, and you must clean up after them immediately; you are also responsible for making sure your animals are not too loud and do not keep other guests up after 10pm or before 8 am; any damage will be deducted from the security/damages deposit. -Kid Friendly: We are kid friendly but there is a large and deep pool that is not fenced in, thus YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AND BY STAYING AT CASA LUCIERNAGA YOU RELEASE US AND ALL ASSOCIATED ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITIES OR LIABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE INHERENT RISKS OF SWIMMING AND/OR BEING IN OR NEAR THE POOL OR OCEAN.
