Private Golden Pond Setting on Lake Winnepesaukee Location: Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Lakes Region, New Hampshire, USA Accommodations:  Cabin, 5 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 11-16) Wake up to the loons in this 5 bedroom, 2 bath lake cabin in a beautiful golden pond setting (really). 2.5 acres with 240 foot water frontage and 600 feet of road frontage. No condo rules here, no neighbors to watch over you either, very private. Our cabin is located on gorgeous Round Cove, with westerly exposure, sun all day. Great for swimming and kayaking, 2 kayaks included, but you must provide your own protective swim gear. Separate master suite, 2 TV's, all queen size beds. Large 24 by 12 foot dock for your boat or to just hang in the hot summer sun. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, 2 fireplaces, 2 refrigerators, gas grill (a brand new one), and lots of windows. 2000 square feet of living space. We've renovated the kitchen and one of the bath rooms this year. These pictures are from the final phase of construction and finished photos will be posted soon or can be emailed directly to you. Rest assured, this is a nice place and understand that I know there are "pits" on the lake that are being rented for top dollar ....this IS NOT one of those places.
