"from S & J of Colorado 2007 Our home in Los Balcones has one of the most mesmerizing views in San Miguel, wonderful living space including 3 patios and 3 large bathrooms plus one entry powder room..The photos on VRBO do not do it justice.... Our home can hold 7-8 people comfortably with plenty of room for privacy or 2 people can be happy with the house to themselves. the house has some of the most beautiful brick bovida ceilings in San Miguel, beautiful textiles and art. It is easy to walk to el centro (downhill) but most people take a cab back ($2.00) This house works for all ages and a multigenerational family. One of the bedrooms is on the entry level so does not require stairs. There is off street parking in our garage. Whether you are sitting on the large terrace (partially covered for those summer afternoons with the half hour rain), in the living room or dining room, you have some of the most dramatic views of San Miguel including the lake and the mountains beyond.
