It is furnished like a real home and the kitchen is set up for real cooks. It is located only a couple of hundred yards from the main businesses (surf shops, restaurants, grocery, and bars). It is right beside the beach access which is so convenient. The house has two levels of balconies, sunrises like you have never witnessed, both covered and some uncovered decking. It is centrally located between both piers. Banks channel is just a few steps out the back door. KureAccommodations: Duplex, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (Sleeps 11)This is a brand new property located conveniently just south of Carolina Beach and just north of Fort Fisher. It is a quiet and safe community and is very suitable to families. The house was just furnished in June of 2009 and it was the first time it had been occupied. We have really enjoyed sharing it with the families that have chosen us! There are lots of family activities in the area, the ft fisher aquarium and the civil war battle site, the paddle boat pond and on Sunday nights they invite you to bring your chairs and your families and watch a family movie by the pond, on Thursday nights there are fire works on the beach and the board walk has rides and games also. ArrindaleAccommodations: Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)This property has just been renovated. It is a beautiful property with the unique views of both the sound and the ocean. You have the availability of a boat dock for boat tie up and watching our beautiful sunsets. For those that have to work we have turned the 3rd bedroom into an office den bed combination.
