Accommodations: 3 Condos, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath These 3 Condos are about 600 sq. ft. and have a bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, lanai and bathroom. The living area in the condos are separated from the bedroom by the furniture. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The lanai is off the living room through sliding doors. The Condos are all air conditioned and heated. The Condos have newly remodeled bathrooms with walk in shower, tile floors with area rugs, two ceiling fans, cable T.V., VCR, DVD, CD player, radio, telephone and answering machine. The kitchens all have an electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster and are completely equipped with dishes, glasses, flat ware, can openers pots, and pans. There is plenty of drawer space and a large clothes closet. The owner’s closet is left unlocked providing additional storage space. The linens are included and are of high quality. #2208 is a 2nd floor Gulf view Condo. It has a new queen bed and a futon. Kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic top range, wall mounted microwave and granite counter tops. Bathroom has walk in shower. #2207 is a 2nd floor Gulf view Condo. It has a queen bed, a sleeping couch and a dish washer. Bathroom has walk in shower. #2503 is a 5th floor condo with back bay view. It has a king bed and a new sleeping couch. Kitchen has a standard range and a wall mounted microwave oven. Bathroom has a walk in shower.
