No matter what your preference, kayak, sail or power boat our deep water marina affords the oportunity to leave the 'Back Country' and explore offshore thru nearby Snake Creek.The two upper level two bedrooms are divided into suites, while a half bath serves the living area along with a convertable sofa if needed.One entire wall is covered with stone and is complimented by a built in bar.At home entertainment is provided by four T.V.s., stereo, and the necessary players.The kitchen can do it all with its modern appliances while the dining room will accommodate the entire party. The lower patio with barbeque along with two separate balconies afford unobstructed vistas of Florida Bay and the famous sunsets from every level of the Townhouse.
