Welcome to Perry’s Haven Pleasant Street Home in Cape Cod Location: USA, Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Chatham Accommodations: Home, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Our Pleasant Street home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a lovely rooftop deck that provides a delightful view of Nantucket Sound, and it is only a 2 minute walk from Pleasant Street Beach. This large 6 room, attractively furnished home is a one-story L-shaped home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and it has baseboard hot water gas heat. It has a large living room with fireplace, a pine-paneled dining room, and has the master bedroom (queen) and bath at one end of the house with the other two bedrooms (one with 2 twins and the other with a double) and bath at the opposite end of the house. As the house can accommodate up to 8 people, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. The cosy pine-paneled dining room provides adequate eating space and the kitchen is sunny, bright and well-equipped. One has a lovely view of Nantucket Sound from the attractive rooftop deck and it is just a 2 minute walk to the Pleasant Street Beach (no sticker required and limited parking) from our home. There is also a large, private backyard with a picnic table and lawn furniture. Central A/C.
