There is concierge service, daily maid service (extra fee), outdoor lagoon-shaped pool with spa, fitness center, tennis courts next door and on-site coin operated washer/dryer. My condo has 3 TV's with cable,one DVD and WIFI. We welcome pets and their parents and do have a few guidelines to make your stay safe and enjoyable for you both. There is a $25.00 per day plus tax pet fee. Area DescriptionBeaches are about 1/2 mile away along with other water sports such as para-sailing, water skiing and biking. Within a mile or so you will find snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and golfing. Musts to see: Duval Street; Mallory Square for the sunsets;Town Dock; Butterfly Conservatory; take your picture at the southernmost point in the USA; The Hemmingway House and if you are thirsty, you will find plenty of establishments to wet your whistle!
