Elm Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast Location: Canada, British Columbia, Thompson Okanagan, Oliver Accommodation: Bed and Breakfast Imagine sitting under the breezeway sipping a glass of robust Okanagan wine. You can hear the ducks quacking in the nearby stream and enjoy the feel of the light breeze from the creek. Last summer we had a nest of three osprey babies born and raised on the farm. They flew away in September and the mating pair are now back busy building their nest. Join us at Elm Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast located two miles north of Oliver, BC, Wine Capital of Canada. We are a ten acre working hay farm and offer privacy in a country setting. The B and B units are located in a separate building close to the creek allowing for bird watching and relaxation. The units are new and beautifully decorated. We have air conditioning and a cool breezeway to sit out on, or take a glass of wine to our bird blind and relax watching the ducks and other birds in the creek.

Rates and Reservations:Due to the current economic situation in the world we have decided once more to leave our rates at the same ones we have been charging for the past two years all year round!! Low season is from October 1 to April 30; rates from $125.00 for the single bedrooms to $150.00 for the suite. Each bedroom can be rented out individually. High season is from May 1 to September 30; rates are usually from $150.00 for the single bedrooms to $185.00 for the suite. These prices include a cooked breakfast. Taxes are additional. Cancellation PolicyWe ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation. If you cancel a week before your reservation then no charge will be made to your credit card. From seven days to 24 hours prior to your reservation you can cancel and will be charged 25% of the total room cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation then the full cost of the room will go on your card. We are reasonable people so let us know if you anticipate any problems!!
