It has the feel of an older home made new. The high ceilings, hardwood floors, and wooden stairwell show its style and beauty, and yet it is very clean and newly painted as we just bought the house in 2009. It is most definitely fresh, bright, and welcoming. The house is located off maravista in a family friendly area with children in the neighborhood. The beaches are very close by, less than four streets away. You can just barely see Martha's vineyard from one of the upstairs bedrooms, but from the beaches it seems so close it looks like you can reach out and touch it.
