In the 3 BR unit ( the Caribe ) we have in each bedroom an en-suite, main bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower. In the 2 bedroom unit ( The Del Mar ) all the bedrooms are equipped with en-suites, the main bathroom is a half/bath. These units are all done in marble flooring and granite counter tops. We are located on the border between phase 1 and phase 2 of Playa Car. We are a 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the golf course as well. Each unit is equipped with their own laundry facility. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all small appliances, dishes, cutlery. Included in the price of both suites we provide maid service twice weekly, more available if desired to purchase from renter.
