Mallard House #1 & #2 at Bell Haven Resort offers two charming, well-appointed 1bd/1ba cottages in a private and historic resort on beautiful Clearlake in Soda Bay.

Cottages #1Cottages #2 - Winter rates, (Nov 1st - April 15th) are $75 per night/per cottage, for 1 or 2 guests. Holiday weekends are $95 per night, 3 night minimum. Additional guests are $10 per night, per guest, up to 4 people per cottage. - Mid Season rates, (All of Oct & Apr 16-May 14), are $90 per night/per cottage, for 1 or 2 guests. Holiday weekends are $100 per night, 3 night minimum. Additional guests are $10 per night, per guest, up to 4 people per cottage. - High Season rates, (May 15th - Sept 30th) are $125 per night/per cottage, for 1 or 2 guests. Holiday weekends are $150 per night, 3 night minimum. No charge for additional guests, up to 4 people per cottage. You may have up to 4 guests per cottage. Also, so long as no one is in your cottage ahead of you, or coming in behind you, you are welcome to arrive as early as noon and stay as late as 6pm on your check out day. There is a $45 cleaning fee for any stay.
