Conifer Lane in Sunriver--Very Private Deck Facing Common Area Location: Sunriver, Central Oregon, Oregon, USA Accommodations: House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10-11) This contemporary 2350 sq. ft. home is in the heart of Sunriver. We are only 12 miles from Bend. Our home has 2 King Master bedrooms , each with full bath on the 1 st floor. The 2 nd floor has a Queen master bedroom with a full bath adjacent plus a 1/2 bath next to that. A children's room has a bunkbed and a trundle bed . The game room has 2 single rollaways. Total occupancy is 11. In Sunriver it can be quite warm in summer and our full air conditioning really makes your stay enjoyable. We have a deck barbeque, 8 bicycles to ride the 37 miles of paved paths, 8 free swim and tennis passes to use daily (a real bargain). Our deck is very private-facing a wooded common area . The kitchen is complete to cook a family reunion dinner. The laundry room has a washer and gas dryer. We also have 2 TVs, 2 DVD/VHS, CD, stereo and am/fm ,and cable high- speed internet + wireless.
