Additional information about rental rates A 500 security deposit for the weekly rental and a 200 deposit for the daily rental is required. One half of the weekly rental fee and the security deposit are required to reserve the Beach Retreat. The remaining half must be received 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit will be forfeited if a reservation is canceled within 30 days. If the owner is able to replace the booking, all monies will be returned. Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 100/week for weekly rentals or 25/day for daily rentals will be charged.
