Rates:  Depending on the amenities of our cottages and condominiums, rates vary from:   Range from $115 to $320 per night (3 night minimum), any time of the year except from December 20 trough January 4.     $60 - $75 cleaning fee is additional (based on the number of people in your group).    We do have weekly and monthly rates.    Daily maid service is available upon request  for an additional fee.   $100 security deposit required within 10 days of making reservation.   Full payment is due within 30 days of arrival.

The Ehu Kai Paradise  (The Seafoam Paradise) - Corner unit on second floor of building with secured access. Two full size murphy beds in custom made cabinets comfortably sleep four people.  Has two lanais, one with the ocean view and the other is a private entrance to your Paradise. Has own private washer and dryer inside the unit. Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning, however, you are ON the beach, therefore,ocean breezes and ceiling fans are more than adequate.      LONGER STAY Whether you're coming back to Hawaii or this is your first time,if  you're planning on staying for 3 months or longer,these are the places for you!    The Hiku Papa Lani Paradise (The Seventh Heaven Paradise) - One bedroom on seventh floor in building with secured access. King size bed in large separate bedroom, queen size sofa bed in large living room.  Has washer and dryer inside the condo. Terrific view from the 7th floor.
