It has high ceilings and an open feeling. There is a large lanai and a two car garage. It is located in "Villa Grande", which is a lovely area with lush landscaping. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the den/3rd bedroom has a double sleeper. The great room is spacious and has a dining area. There is an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast cafe'. Everything is immaculate and fully equipped to assure that our tenant/guests are comfortable. We live nearby and are always available questions or help. All of our tenant/guests have had a wonderful time. References upon request.
