Just Your Cup of Tea has been operating as a B&B since 1981. Registered with provincial government and meet all safety requirements as per government regulations such as the fire marshals, safety officer (smoke alarms, escapes, ladders etc.) We. have a provincial business licence and Ontario B&B operation clearance also Insurance coverage for guests. Just Your Cup of Tea is a year round bed and breakfast located close to the Queen Elizabeth Highway at (Exit 126) Erin Mills Parkway west of Toronto. There are three comfortable guest bedrooms available and English style breakfast is served daily. Enjoy a snack on arrival or at evening leisure time. Can cater to special diets on request. The communal family room and sunroom are available for guest use. Just Your Cup of Tea is located near to restaurants and transportation including the local train to Toronto Central and Niagara Falls. We offer pick up at the airport or train station free with a minimum of three-night stay. For those arriving in their own vehicle there is adequate off road parking at the residence. We ask that guests inquire about bringing their children and/or pets. Please, No Smoking.

Between $50 to $70 per night.$50 for single occupancy , $70 for double occupancy RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: It is always best to make your reservations ahead of time. You can do this by phone, fax, email or letter. We prefer payment to be made by way of cash in Canadian Dollars, or cheques, or traveller cheques. Rooms can only be reserved if we obtain a credit card authorization. We prefer that you reserve your room by using your credit card and then pay cash on arrival. Credit card information can be given to us over the phone or by email.
