Besides your private deck area there is also a common deck on the first floor with lounge chairs and picnic table for everyone’s use. Enjoy the quiet peaceful location of this beachfront property while being footsteps away from lively Commercial Street. Directly outside our white picket fence is an Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shop, and a Box Lunch luncheonette. We are located across from the new library in the center of town. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and art galleries all within footsteps of this complex.

People watching from Town Hall is a local favorite pastime. The town sponsors themed weeks at different times of the year.
