Lucky Monkey Villa 4/9 BR Property-Perfect for Wedding/Lrg. Parties! (Perfect for groups between 6 and 24) Location: Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America (Tamarindo, - 40 min from Liberia Inter Air / 2 min. to Beach) Accommodations: House, Lucky Monkey I 5 Bedrooms, Lucky Monkey II 4 Bedrooms, The Lucky Monkey Villa is a very unique property and needs a little bit of explanation. First, when looking at the first picture of the Lucky Monkey in the ad the building located at the front left with the garage is Lucky Monkey I or (LM1) and the building in the back right is Lucky Monkey II or (LM2). They are on the same piece of property and they have a pool in the middle that is shared. Lucky Monkey I or (LM1) is the larger front left building that has four bedrooms on the first two levels and a master suite on the third level. The master suite has a separate kitchen and dinning area, private entrance, separate parking in the back, but can easily be combined to the rest of the house by opening/closing one security door with a deadbolt lock. It also has a separate set of stairs. Lucky Monkey II or (LM2) has four bedrooms and the living room has a retractable wall with a full bath that can be easily converted into a fifth bedroom. (LM2) can fit 10 people if they are all couples or if they share beds. The entire top floor is a matrimonial suite, complete with jacuzzi tub and a California king and some living room furniture. The other three rooms on the second floor have queen sized beds. It has separate parking in the back and a private entrance. (It has a spectacular view of Tamarindo Bay & about 120 degree ocean view from the top two levels, while the ocean is visible from the lower level and pool as well) (LM2) is approx 3,200 square feet.
