You will also find numerous rockers, chaises, dining chairs, hammocks and a popular sun lounge- there is abundant seating for everyone.Child safety features provide added peace of mind for parents: a special gate separates the covered dining area from the pool and sun terrace. The entire ground level terrace is gated; all railings are spaced closely together and are high enough to offer security. A first floor card room directly off the living room offers the perfect place for feisty poker games, a cozy niche for dining and even a quiet spot for those who cannot leave work at home (heaven forbid!). The villa is ideal for large or small groups with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors. Numerous rocking chairs and chaise lounges offer the opportunity to relax in the sun or shade, while hammocks on the second floor terrace and balcony offer the perfect spot for a peaceful nap. The villa sleeps 16 plus with considerable flexibility and comfort. All air conditioned bedrooms are located on the second floor. Three large ocean side master bedrooms with king beds have private bathrooms and spacious terrace or balcony access. One master bedroom has a separate studio which doubles as a nursery. A 4th cozy hill side bedroom has two twin beds which easily convert to a king. And the very popular 5th bedroom is a large "L" shaped dormitory that sleeps 6 comfortably with four twin beds and a bunk bed. Additional flexible sleeping space is provided by a full size futon, elevated twin Aerobed, folding cot, 2 standard size cribs and a playpen.
