A five minute walk down the beach takes you to the fishermen's village where you can indulge in a cervesa and some of the best fresh seafood around. While you are there, you can explore the lagoon, go a little farther and enjoy some interesting snorkeling. If you have time, the colonial city of Colima is only an hour away with some great museums. The Turtle Sanctuary and Salt Museum in Cuyutlan might be fun. Be sure to take the boat ride.
