Near Disney~Sea World~Medieval Times Location: Sweetwater Club, Kissimmee Central, Kissimmee, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (10 Min. to Disney & 5 Min. to Sea World & Medieval Times!) Accommodations: Condominium, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8) Only 9.8 miles to Disney, less than 5 minutes to Medieval Times and just 10 minutes to Sea World!Rates: 7 Night Stay $625. 6 Nights $540. 5 Nights $450. 4 Nights $420. 3 Nights $330. 2 Nights $240. This is my only vacation rental. I take great pride in keeping it looking great. I live outside of Tampa and use it as my own getaway when work gets hectic! It's a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom condo just 10 minutes from Disney. It's close to all the great restaurants and shops! I just furnished it with a new living room set in 2008. Check out the new pictures, it looks great! Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one has two twin beds. I'm not a big fan of sofabeds, because I don't find them very comfortable, instead I have an air mattress I open up in the living room. I also provide a pack 'n go crib and high chair. There's even a stroller for you to use! This unit is beautifully furnished with all the comforts- dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, phone, cable TV and patio overlooking pond. There's a pool, hot tub, hammocks, tennis and volleyball courts and playground!
