The Unit 1115 is on the back side of the building on the 11th floor over looking the Lake and the Golf Course of The Surf Club. The Surf Club is North Myrtle Beach's Premier Country Club. The view to the right off the balcony, is the Marsh Lands in Cherry Grove, one mile away. I prefer the backside of the property because you do not hear the noise from the pool area nor Ocean Blvd traffic.The Condo Unit has everything you may need. Including Linens and cooking utencels.
