As mentioned above, our home comes with 6 adult 26" bikes, baskets and locks. Since bikes generally rent for $25-35 per week, per bike, that provides our guests with a savings of over $150. And our home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike paths that take you all over the plantation. How close are you to the beach? Under 5 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 8-10 minute stroll. See the map below. And we've included a large Coleman cooler on wheels that makes it super easy to bring everything you need for the beach with you! Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. Our home is just about equal distance to both; it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car. What size is your house? Our single level home is over 2,500 square feet. The master bedroom is approximately 250 square feet and the other 2 bedrooms are about 200 square feet each (14 X 14). All bedrooms have ample closet and storage space. Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, our home is not for sale. Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you. Do we add taxes, cleaning fees, or other fees to your listed prices? No, our listed fees include taxes and the departure cleaning fee. The only other fee to consider is the optional fee to heat the pool and / or spa, or gas log fireplace.
