Casa Blanca Welcome to a Luxurious Playa experience Location: Playacar, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Mayan Riviera, Mexico (Playa Car Phase 1 Gated and Gaurded Community.) Accommodations: Custom New Home, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-10) The house is a 4 bedroom [two being master bedrooms, 4 1/2 bath, air-conditioned home. This gated secured community of Playacar (phase 1) is less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and the house is less than 50 footsteps from the beach. There are two master suites, one of them on the main level with the living room, and private access to swimming pool, The other master suite is upstairs very large and is just incredible, there is a seating area and office in the upstairs master suite that includes a Trundle Bed that turns into a nice double bed (in case you have a child that wants to stay close to mom and dad), Large gourmet kitchen, dining room, and large covered porch and pool (all with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea). The other 2 bedrooms could almost be considered master suites also they all have there own full baths. This house is as nice as you will get in Playa. If is finished with all Granite counter tops throughout, Stainless steel gourmet kitchen appliances, Leather furniture etc.
