Zona Romantica- Very Affordable Ocean View CondoLocation: Romantic Zone, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexican Riviera, Mexico (Romantic Zone-2 blks.to Los Muertos Bch.-walk to everything.)Accommodations: Condominium, 1 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 2)Villa Los Mangos #6 is in a gated, condo complex with 24 hr. security, and 2 blocks from Playa Los Muertos Beach. The "Selva Romantica" complex, started in 2006 & completed in 2008, sits in the heart of PV's famous Zona Romantica, 1 block from popular Olas Altas street, where you find the majority of the wonderful, European-style sidewalk cafe's. The unit (about 900 sq ft.) has 1 BR-2 BA, is air conditioned, has ocean views of the Bahia de Banderas from both your private bedroom balcony, & the large, windowed 12'x 12' patio you enter from either the living room or bedroom. Sorry, but absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the residence!! It is permited outside on the patio and in the condominium commom areas. The condo sits on a small hill, in a 3rd floor unit (just below the penthouse),so enjoys not only western views of the Bay, but a wonderful view of the "el Centro" area & the "Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe". The Sierra Madre Mountains are to the east. Only steps away from everything.... you'll save $'s not needing to take taxis to get to the best restaurants, shopping, beachcombing & swimming. The condo is equiped with everything you'll need to relax & enjoy your vacation. One good friend, who stays at the condo every year, said their only complaint was that I may have stocked the kitchen a little too well. I can live with that! The decor and colors were picked to reflect the ocean and trees of Vallarta...cool blues, deep greens, light yellows, & rich woods. All the furnishings are comfortable, & though lovely, they're designed to be used, rather than stared at...even the bed was chosen carefully for its "comfy" mattress! I'd never expect a guest to sleep on something I wouldn't! Spectacular sunsets & the evening fireworks from the "Pirate Ship Marigalante" (about 8:50 pm)are just 2 of the daily treats you'll enjoy from your patio. In the distance, the cathedral bells ring during the day and are a charming reminder of a simpler time. The palm tree swaying beside your bedroom balcony & large patio provide the local birds an ideal spot to rest & occasionaly you can hear them sing. The mature gardens & flowers of Selva Romantica encourage a range of local (harmless!) wildlife, from iguanas to hummingbirds. It has one of the best "Infinity" pools you will ever see & expansive views to the bay, city, mountains & beyond. There is also a hot tub, community Bar-B-Q & kitchen, a large palapa, and an A/C'd private gym w/windows to the pool & city-with new workout equipment. There are also all kinds of entertainment in the vicinity... numerous sports bars, cantinas, and nightclubs(some with shows) within walking distance, for people of all persuasions. But remember, leave the noisy party at the nightclub when you return home to your peaceful retreat, as Selva Romantica is a collection of lovely homes and not a "Spring Break" hotel! Relax, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta at it's finest!

Overlooks the Bay, the city, and the Sierra Madre Mtns. Wonderful, and there is a set patio-style living rm. furnishings and a sm. table w/ 2 chairs for eating outside, and enjoying the view! - Gazebo: Better than a Gazebo!! You have a spacious 25'x 25' Palapa next to the Infinity Pool, for lounging, eating a snack or enjoying a beverage, reading a book, or a quiet snooze. After a day in the PV sun, sometimes a little shade feels good! ** View/Location - Ocean View: Situated 2 short Mexican blocks from popular Los Muertos Beach, you have a wonderful view of the Bay of Banderas and the ocean beyond, from your living room, the spacious veranda, or your private bedroom balcony. Sunsets that will absolutely knock your socks off! To say nothing of the evening fireworks from the Pirate Ship "Marigalante's" nightly shows from the Bay! - Mountain View: Wonderful view of the Sierra Madre Mountains, which border most of Puerto Vallarta. You can give it a try. ** Suitability - Pet Friendly: 2 small pets(20 lbs. or less)are allowed. Sorry, no "yappy" dogs, or "yowling" kittys as it bothers the other owners and guests. If your pet barks at little noises, or has an overly nervous disposition, or cries loudly when left alone, he's probably NOT a good canditate for the condo... sorry. - Kid Friendly: The condo complex is set up for families, but due to the higher location of this condo (3rd fl.), small children are definitely NOT recommended. The veranda has an iron gate around it, but the flower bed is a little lower and has no such railing. Children of school age would probably be fine, or small babies who are not walking much. The heavy wood furnishings can also be tough on little heads, who are trying to walk on unstable little feet. - Smoking Not Allowed: You may smoke out on the veranda, balcony, or in the commom areas. Always remember to dispose of all tobacco products properly! Throwing them over the veranda, to land on your neighbors lower garden is NOT acceptable, neither is putting out cigarettes in the flower garden and NEVER, EVER flush them down the toilets!! Please use the ashtrays provided and empty into the plastic lined trash can provided. Make sure your cigarettes are OUT! These ae heavy duty steel cables that cross thru the jungle and over crevasses and canyons. You "zip" along them in strong mountain climbing harnesses and it's a blast! There are 3 of them in the Vallarta are, and the easiest one has it's office only 3 blocks from the condo complex.
